- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, or apricots)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Mix well until a dough forms.
2. Add cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, ginger, chopped nuts, dried fruit, and a pinch of salt to the dough. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
3. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into cookies using your hands. Place the cookies on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Refrigerate the cookies for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
5. Once the cookies are firm, they are ready to be enjoyed!
